May 31, 2024 - Acciaierie d'Italia in extraordinary administration and Giuseppe Cavalli, announce that following the successful implementation of the Company's restart program, their paths separate continuing in different directions consistent with their mutual entrustments.
Eng. Cavalli hands over to the Extraordinary Commissioners a Company that, although at an all-time low, is alive having avoided with the contribution of his team the irreversible collapse and having given that starting approach that will allow to start a season for Acciaierie, characterized by the need to normalize the production processes and ensure business continuity with the collaboration of management, workers and those who represent them, customers and suppliers.
This road will now have to be traveled all the way to achieve the goal of rescue. Thanks to Eng. Cavalli for his contribution and for the strong dedication to work immediately expressed also through an immediate attachment to the team.
